Western High School
Athletics Department
At Western High School, we believe in participation in athletics as an
important part of a student's development. We further encourage a
broad range of involvement in sports, rather than specialization in one
activity. School attendance and academic achievement is required to
be an athlete here at Western and we work closely with the teachers to
make sure all academic requirements are met. We are a member of the
SMAA, Southern Michigan Activities Association
however we play opponents from all over the southern half of Michigan.
For your convenience we have maps to many of our opponents available on
our web site. The Event Maps link will take you to our District Athletic Event
Maps site.
