Western Band Boosters and the Panther Parent Vocal Association have
enrolled in the Meijer Community RewardsSM Program. When you
shop at Meijer and use your Meijer Guest CardSM,
you can earn rewards for your student in the band or choir program. When
your card is scanned, the purchase is applied to your personal family
account and every dollar adds up to a tiered percentage level of rewards.
(click here for more information). The school will receive a
check every month for your tiered level of earnings based on your total
purchases for the month. For example, if you spend $400 in a month, you
earn 2.5%, if you spend $800 in a month, you earn 4%.
You may pay for your purchases with cash, check or credit card, the same
as always, and you may also use your Meijer Credit Card (call
1-800-962-7011 or fill in the requested information on the form).

Simply enter this number "504768" in the organization code number section
on your application. To have your rewards go to the Band Boosters,
simply add the number 1400 directly after your first name on your account
information. (Example Jane1400 Smith). This will ensure that your rewards
will go to the Band Boosters every month. If you wish to allocate to the
PPVA, you don�t need to change anything.
If you no longer have a student enrolled in school, you can still help our
organizations by allocating your rewards to help the Band Boosters or the
Panther Parent Vocal Association.
Family, friends and Alumni may also sign up to designate either program as the beneficiary. There is also a family and friends
linking feature to give credit to their referring family.
