Welcome to my December web page! 

Students will read Lupita Manana the second marking period outside of class. They are encouraged to carry it with them to all core classes until they finish it. I will give them a take-home test the week of November 6; this will be due December 14, 2006.

When we return from Thanksgiving break students will study "Homesick," the autobiographical story by Jean Fritz. Expectations for each center may be seen by  clicking here.

I will go through the directions for procedures (Click here) in my classroom and three rules to follow (Click here).

I would encourage you to check the PIV (parent internet viewer - see link above on the left or click here); it's a good way to stay up-to-date on how your student is doing. Please feel free to ask questions as they arise.
