Sports Eligibility

Western Middle School has grade requirements for remaining eligible to participate in athletics.  Details will be shared with the participants.
 

                                          Technology

Every student in Western School District must have a signed technology contract on file in order to be entered into the system as a user. The technology contract can be found in the Parent Handbook or online by clicking here
Use of technical equipment is a privilege and needs to be treated as such.
 

                                           Telephone

School telephones can be used for incoming or outgoing calls and school business.  Students may be allowed to use them for essential calls with the permission of the staff, but the calls need to be short. 

The phone in the office is to be used to call a parent if a student is not feeling well.  Get a pass from the teacher stating that you need to use the phone in the office.

Phone use is a privilege.  Use it wisely! 
 

                                           Textbooks

Students will receive and be responsible for any textbooks given out.  These books are public property and are to treated with care.  Textbooks will be check each year for damages or loss.  Fines will be assigned if needed.
