Vacations

Western School District has a winter break and a spring break scheduled.  The dates will be published in the district newsletter each year and on the website calendar.

A student must fill out a pre-planned vacation slip and have it signed by a parent and then by each teacher in order to be out of school for any additional vacation time.  Students will be responsible for collecting and completing all work missed during their absence.
 

           Vending Machines/Food and Drink in the Halls

Students may use the vending machines in the middle school before or after school. High school vending machines are not to be used at any time. Food and drink are not to be consumed in the halls during school. Pop is not allowed in the Middle School.

                                      Video Cameras

It is the policy of the Western Community Arts Center that video cameras on tripods and handheld video cameras with viewscreens should be used only in the last two rows of the main floor or in the balcony so that all of the audience can enjoy an unobstructed view.
 

Parents are welcome to visit the school and need to sign in at the office when entering the building.  Student guests from other schools are not allowed.
