Western Performing Arts Association

Our Western Performing Arts Association (WPAA) meets the 2nd Tuesday
of every month at 7:00pm in the Band Room Music Library.

Here at Western we have many opportunities to raise funds to assist our Performing Arts Programs and students.  Our WPAA supports several fund raisers throughout the year.  In the past we have also sponsored Three Men and a Tenor performances in the school district and a Mystery Dinner Theater as fundraisers.  We provide ushers for High School and Middle School concerts and assistance at music festivals and solo & ensembles hosted by Western.

In the fall we offer a Poinsettia Sale for delivery at the Holidays.

Spring brings the VanThorre Nurseries $$ back to school program.  For every $ of gardening supplies purchased, a percentage is donated back to the Performing Arts Association.  This year you can assist the performing arts at Western by purchasing your bedding plants, perennials, hanging baskets, and pots at Van Thorre Greenhouse
Dates to be announced this spring 2005 (usually in early May).  Just mention Western Performing Arts Boosters and our kids will get 20 % of your purchase!!  What a simple, painless fundraiser to help fund scholarships and musical, dramatic education at Western.
