It is the purpose of the Western Adult and
Community Education program to reflect the knowledge, needs and interests
of adult learners and to serve the educational needs of the community. To
ensure proper placement in basic, academic and vocational programs,
regular assessment of each individuals Educational Employability
Development Plan is required. It is the policy of the Western School
District that no person on the basis of race, color, religion, national
